User Group Meeting in Poquoson, VA

2 is greater than 1. It seems like really simple math. But, when you're talking about heads, it becomes the most important aspect of our company. With your input, we believe that we have built a better product, a product that uniquely meets the needs of our customers based on your feedback and suggestions. We've been listening for years, but now we're giving you an open forum so we can better monitor which changes are most popular among all of our users.

Thank you to Poquoson City Schools for offering to sponsor our first User Group in your area. There is no fee for attending. In fact, we'll even feed you lunch for coming! You may be wondering what's the catch. The catch is that we want to hear what you think!

So mark your calendar to attend on Thursday, October 2. We have tentatively scheduled the MBGUI users group from 10:00-12:00, lunch for all users 12:00-1:00 and the Xpert users group from 1:00-3:00. All MBGUI users are welcome to participate in the afternoon session as well.

What will we do at a Users Group?

The Users Group is an open forum for you to meet other people in your area that share your responsibilities. You will be able to collectively ask questions and give feedback on things that you love about the product as well as things that you'd like to see changed. Connect with colleagues, talk openly about mutual issues, let your voice be heard about the system and ask for help if you're having any issues. Experts from RDA will be available to help answer any questions you may have.

Since the Users Group is for YOU, you control the topics. We can discuss modules, review new features, talk about reporting or timely issues. This meeting is about you! Enhancements that we make to the product are prioritized based on your feedback. We care what you think and this is your opportunity to tell us. So please plan to join us and help make our products work better for you.
