RDA is able to better serve Municipalities that want to offer their residents an easy and convenient way to pay and view Municipal bills online.  By integrating eBill into the RDA collection system (Centralized Collections, Utility Billing, Misc. Billing & Financial Management), using state of the art technology, we are able to automatically update a Municipalities eBill system with the most current and up-to-date bill information from the RDA collection system, with no hands-on interaction from the Collector!

How it works

VeConnect “connects” eBill to your RDA collection system, so the Municipality will not have to export and send any files or information, VeConnect will automatically upload the files/information for you. Your bills online can be updated on a daily, weekly, monthly, etc. basis; as frequently as you would want the system to be updated with interest and corrected information.
