The Building Permits Module is a powerful, yet easy to use module. Development has worked very hard to design a module that accommodates the different methods in which building permits are handled.

Building Permits provides flexibility. You determine if charges must be approved before issuing the Building Permit.  You determine when selected documents are printed. You determine when and if permits expire.

Take the guesswork out of calculating permit fees.  Setup allows you to add your own Permit Rates. These rates allow you to easily include and calculate fees including, but not limited to, Administration, Impact, Certificate of Occupancy, and Building Permits.
