Whether you email, use a dialogue box inside the OpenXpert software, or pick up the phone, it’s easy to reach a person who will help you. Our 3-Hour Guarantee means you’ll be helped fast. And we stay with you until your question is answered or issue is resolved.

We offer toll-free telephone support from 8am to 6pm EST, and a wide range of value-added services such as on-line training, system upgrades and database tuning. Our total support program includes:

Product enhancements are typically provided on a quarterly basis and are available via the internet. Our peer support community, user group workshops, are usually provided in conjunction with industry meetings.
